Seed Oils
Hi Fiona,
Just looking at vitamins etc & was wondering if you have an details on capsules being safe & not made from seed oils as well? “Vegetable Glycerin” is what’s written on most bottles for fish oil tablets.

My answer is probably longer than needed, but I’m gonna say it all anyway haha….
