Welcome to Soil to Soul Australia.

By joining any Soil to Soul membership tier — including:

• Soil to Soul – Full Membership Access
• Shorty’s Shed
• Soil to Soul Community Directory

You agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These exist to protect our members, our work, and the integrity of the Soil to Soul Australia community.

1. Educational Use Only — Not Professional Advice

All content shared inside Soil to Soul is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We are not providing medical, legal, veterinary, or financial advice.

Always consult appropriately qualified professionals before acting on any information shared, especially regarding:

• health conditions
• children
• pregnancy
• animals
• food safety
• butchery
• farming
• herbal remedies

Participation is at your own discretion and responsibility.

2. Membership Tiers & Access

Your access is determined by the tier you purchase.

• Full Membership grants access to all Soil to Soul content, including Shorty’s Shed and the Community Directory.
• Shorty’s Shed grants access only to butchery-related resources.
• Community Directory grants access only to directory features and related
  resources.

Content availability may evolve as new material is released.

3. Personal Use Only — Intellectual Property

All videos, guides, templates, PDFs, charts, workshops, and materials are protected
by copyright.

You may:
✔ use them for personal learning
✔ print for personal use

You may not:
✘ share or distribute content
✘ upload materials elsewhere
✘ resell or copy
✘ give logins to others
✘ reproduce templates commercially
✘ record or screen-capture paid content

Breaches will result in immediate removal without notice or refund and may lead to legal action.

4. Community Behaviour & Respect

Soil to Soul is a calm, respectful, non-political learning space.

We do not tolerate:

• harassment or bullying
• discrimination
• aggressive debate
• spam or promotion
• misuse of personal information
• unsafe advice
• political or fear-based content

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

5. Community Directory Use

The Community Directory is a members-only feature designed to foster connection.

By using it, you agree:

• to engage respectfully
• to share information at your discretion
• not to harvest or misuse contact details
• not to solicit or exploit members
• not to copy or distribute profiles

Soil to Soul Australia is not responsible for private arrangements between members.

Any misuse of directory information may result in permanent removal without notice or refund.

6. Sensitive or Graphic Educational Content

Some learning material — particularly in Shorty’s Shed — may include graphic images or videos of animal processing.

This content is always presented respectfully for educational purposes.

By joining, you acknowledge and accept this.

7. Safety, Legal & Personal Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

• following Australian laws
• workplace safety standards
• food safety requirements
• animal welfare regulations
• biosecurity rules

Soil to Soul Australia is not liable for injury, illness, damages, or legal consequences arising from the use of our content.

8. Member Contributions

Advice shared by members reflects personal experience only.

Always apply discernment and seek professional guidance when required.

9. Removal for Breach

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove members, without notice or refund, for breaches, including:

• sharing paid content
• abusive behaviour
• harassment
• misuse of the Directory
• spam or solicitation
• threatening conduct
• illegal activity
• safety violations

10. Payments, Refunds & Billing

All memberships are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.

Due to the digital nature of our services: All purchases are final. No refunds are offered, issued, or granted.

11. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

• Access remains until the end of your billing cycle
• No partial refunds are issued
• Rejoining later will be at the current prices

12. Founding Member Lifetime Discount

If applicable:

• Only valid for members who joined during our initial launch window – between 28/03/2025 at 12:00 AM AWST and 04/04/2025 at 11:59 PM AWST.
• Discount remains only while membership stays active
• Cancelling forfeits the discount
• Not transferable
• Cannot be exchanged or refunded

13. Pricing & Platform Updates

Prices, tiers, and features may change over time.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use indicates acceptance of the latest version.
